Shiro's Bar

From a mojito bright with lime and fresh mint to craft gin made with kuromoji, Shiro's Bar offers drinks with a range of aromas and styles. One visitor tried 「香の森」 on the rocks, describing its refreshing character, fruitiness and layered spice notes. It can be a pleasure to move from a lighter cocktail to a gin worth taking time over. Other menu suggestions include frozen daiquiris, Spumoni, highballs and whisky.

To go with a drink, there is a platter of blue cheese, Camembert, Mimolette and garlic-herb cheese. One visitor enjoyed this combination, and a cheese platter also appears among the menu suggestions. Another visitor singled out the curry served at the bar as “excellent”. It is an option to keep in mind for a night centred on cocktails and cheese, or when you would like something to eat as well.

The seating includes a counter and tables; visitors have also mentioned a private sofa room at the back. The layout can suit a solo drink at the counter or a quieter conversation in a private space. Dine-in service and table service are available.
